    Hello,

    Regarding: https://planning-analytics.status.io/
    Does status.io reflect service status in real-time or is it something that has to be manually adjusted by IBM?

    PAOC has been down for approx. 20 minutes, confirmed by IBM helpdesk, and there's nothing about it on status.io.
