Your paging volumes are unbalanced in size, this is usually considered not good practice.

How much real memory do you have.
What memory tuning do you have.
Which memory tuning guides have you read.
    What application are you running.
What version of AIX is it.
    And a thousand other questions.

I suggest, you help yourself before asking.

The size of hd6 and paging00 should be equal.

Depending upon application on that server the size of paging space can be between half (for the brave) and six times memory (for the rich)

For systems where there are no AIX users and well behaved applications (i.e. they have maximum number of sessions and processes) - start with half the memory size
•for systems where users log on to UNIX or can create lots of processes - start with two times memory.
