I've got a V11 cloud user getting a blank cubeviewer and set editor in Pafe. They only experience it with one environment and not another, suggesting that it's cookies/cache/temporary internet files related, but clearing those doesn't seem to fix the issue. We've ruled out other obvious checks like display setting optimizing for compatibility as well as trusting the vba project object model in macro settings. IBM had two technotes on this issue from 2021 and 2025 linked below and following those steps hasn't resolved the issue for the user. Wondering if anyone else has run into similar issue and the culprit ended up being something else?

Was able to fix it by completely removing the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Cognos and then starting Excel and having the add-in recreate the folder on initialization. I had the user backup the Cognos folder before deleting, so was able to restore their xml settings files. I was also able to replicate the issue on my own machine with their backed up Cognos folder and narrowed it down to the Pafe_Browser folder within. When I did a file compare between bad & good versions of the Pafe_Browser folder, there were at least a hundred differences and didn't dig any deeper.
