OS Upgradation for webMethods 4.6 instance

    Hi,
    Presently my webMethods is running in Windows NT server, we want to run the same webMthods instance in new Windows box which is having Win 2000 Server operating system.

    My question is if we can copy the whole webMethods instance to new Win box by installing wM software. Will it going to create any issues in respect to regedit.

    Or can anybody tell me the best solution to move wM to new win 2000 Server box.

    Nope…since both are wintel NT based architecture…you should’nt have any issues…On the new OS are you re-installing fresh wM 4.6 or 6.x instance and then migrate existing assets/packages??

    In either way it should be smooth on any wintel systems.
