Hi everybody,
I am not sure this is the correct section for this query.

I have been using IBMCloud since some months on a Lite Plan for my factory, while learning to use it and go to paid account in the future with improvement of the required performance.
I have been using also Internet Of Things service
By the way since a couple of days the image shown image of "file" attached is being shown, stating the account is not active anymore.
I did not used more than the available space, as you can see in "file1" I have just used 67MB out of 200MB.

My main concern,  is why this is happening since I clearly did not used more than the memory/resource allowed for my kind of plan. 
In addition, since a few hours, the service "internet of thing" have been deleted (see image file3) and in the Internet of things page my organization have been completely disapperead and I seems not to be part of any organization anymore (see image file4).

Ok, I could create a new organization but this would means to start from zero all the configuration on the devices previously connected and risking to get to the same result in a few months (without knowing the reason).

Did some of you ever occured in such a situation? Do you know how I could avoid the recurrence of this?
