    Do I need Python in order to do Ordinal Regression with Pairwise versus the default Listwise for missing values?

    It is an option in Linear regression but the Ordinal Regression has limited settings...

    No.  Plum has a subcommand for this.
    [/MISSING = {EXCLUDE**}]
    {INCLUDE }
