Today we faced one critical issue .We can able to login to the server as oracle but the shell script is not working.Not able to enter any command but we can able to login into the server using the root user. We are not able to switch the user from the root to oracle using the su command.Please help us it is very critical issue.

    Try smitty chuser you will see a lot of option for user,include the

    su possibilty.

    Other commands to investigate a state of user are 

    finger user
