    I have applied Traffic Optimization policy to 1 of our api for the purpose of rate limit. When the rate limit reaches its threshold the specific application stay stuck at 429 status code for more then applied periods.
    In my case i have applied 300 request in a minute and application that has this rate limits stay stuck for like 6 hours some time less or more.
    In unable to find anything related in logs. 
    Any help how to debug or resolve this issue will be helpful.
