Optimize - Prediction Engine

    Hi All,

    We are working on the Optimize 7.1.2. and we are facing problems on how to know when the engine predicts anything…

    We are able to see root cause analysis icon, but we cannot see any contributing KPI’s here. Also, we cannot see the prediction analysis icon even though the template shows that it is ready to predict.


    Can someone please throw some light here –
    [FONT=Verdana][SIZE=2][COLOR=#000080]- How the prediction is done ?

    - How it alerts the users of its prediction ? and etc.
