Hi,

I am trying to configure Optimize for BPM however when I am creating the database component for PRODUCT-Optimize, all components are getting installed expect “DatabaseManagement(21)”.

Below are the errors:

“Error: [sag-cjdbc42-0011][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-04063: package body “WM.OPERATION_MGMT” has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: “WM.OPERATION_MGMT”
ORA-06512: at “WM.SWAPOPS”, line 1869
ORA-06512: at line 6”

However, I tried configuring Optimize for BPM but Analytic Engine not staring and showing error like “table or view does not exist”, I think it is because of database component ‘21’ is not installed.

Can anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I am installing the database component for Optimize(8.2) on Oracle 11g XE.

I have found the issue, the problem was with Database only(Oracle 11g XE). I have installed it in DB2 and done the configuration for Optimize it’s working fine.
