Hello WM experts

Here I am trying to setup o4i in our Test environment first. Our Environment is 9.7 and key components are like below
Optimize for Infrastructure Version: 9.7.0.0.297 Installed Fixes: OPT_9.7.0_Fix5
Infrastructure Data Collector v9.7.0.0
UM as JMS Server v9.7.0.0
My webMethods Server v9.7.0.0

I have discovered assets and monitored components, configured everything in environment and deployed successfully. My AE and InfraDC are running and appears to be ok with no errors. To test whole setup I have configured some basic Rules around existing KPIs such as usedMemory by UM or Integration Server Failure Status using ObjectStatus of IS etc. None of these Rules are generating any Instances (and consequently email alerts). However I could see couple of Rule/KPI instances generated (and email alert raised) related to AE but nothing to do with my Monitored components.
When I see Monitoring > System Wide > Overview > My selected configuration, I could see none of my KPS listed. But If I select Analytics System view I can see built-in 89 KPIs.

I can see below lines written constantly to info.log

Can you please advise on how to fix this or tell if there is any configuration missing.

Hi Rama,

is your IntegrationServer configured for Optimize Usage?

There should be at least 3 packages related to this:

• WmOptimize
• WmISExtDC
• WmARTExtDC

When you have TradingNetworks installed there should be a WmTNExtDC additonally.

Please check the configuration of package WmOptimize. This one needs to point to the UM used as messaging system.

Can you share a scrrenshot of the overview of your discovered assets page?

Sorry guys, I forgot to reply.

This issue is resolved. There was nothing magical but gave InfraDC and Analytic Engine a restart and rule instances started appearing.
