Operations Console doesn't load TM1 servers

    Hi All,
    In PAL 2.0.6, Operations console is working and I am able to monitor TM1 databases however after few hours the OpsConsole doesn't seem to load anything .. it's almost in hung state as you can refer to attached screenshot.. If we perform restart of the TM1 app server then Ops Console is up & running however issue comes back after like 12 hours or so .. Please guide where to look into and what needs to tweaked
