We are using OpenPGP for encoding and decoding the messages. It works fine for the encoding type ISO standard character sets and UTF-8 character encoding.

Encryption does not work for encoding types UTF-16 , UTF-32.

Does anyone have used OpenPGP encrypt and decrypt services with UTF-16 and UTF-32 bit encoding ?
