Hi to the IBM community

I bought SPSS 27 for Windows 2 months ago (at my university) and it functioned well - until today. When I want to open SPSS, there's following notification:

"Für IBM SPSS Statistics ist keine Lizenz vorhanden. Möglicherweise fehlt die Lizenzdatei oder es sind keine Netzlizenzen mehr verfügbar.

Detailinformationen zu diesem Problem erhalten Sie durch Ausführen des Dienstprogramms 'showlic', das sich im Pro Spezielle Symptomnummer: 18"

The University support center couldn't help me. VPN is activated on my laptop and I also tried to type in the licence number.

I desperately need help. I have to use SPSS in the following days.

Windows:

- Try to run License Authorization Wizard as Administrator

- On Windows 10 issue may be caused by insufficient privileges granted to the account. You may try to take full control of SPSS installation directory
