I would encourage every one to phone UNIX Support and ask where can they get the latest copy of:

• Apache,
• Ganglia,
• rrdtool,
• PHP,
• Samba

from a IBM website - they need a little customer pressure to sort this out

Older other sites
The IBM supported AIX Toolbox for Linux Applications is still there but the versions are a few years behind
