Open Pages - Control Libraries

    Hello!
    I would like to deploy at least three controls libraries in the Open Pages: the ISF, the ISO and the NIST.  I'm using the ITG Module, and I would like to have a cross reference among the controls of those libraries. I mean, with control in one library is the similar to another control in another library. 
    Is that possible?
