One of my favorite moments at hashtag#ibmtechxchange 2025 actually happened before the conference opened.

Our IBM Champions got an exclusive Ask Me Anything session with Kareem Yusuf Ph.D, SVP for Ecosystem, Strategic Partners & Initiatives at IBM.
What I loved about Kareem's perspective is how direct it was:
- Too many businesses are adopting AI just because their competitors are. That rarely creates real value.
- Success comes when AI is used purposefully - solving real problems, driving efficiency, and improving customer experience.
- Security and trust are as important as the tech itself. If we don't address customer concerns openly and ethically, adoption won't last.
- And adoption won't be a "big bang" - most enterprises will first experience AI through the tools they already use, step by step.

These are the kinds of insights that Champions take back into their organizations to fuel innovation and growth.
