On-prem storage options for CP4BA running on on-prem Red Hat OpenShift

    Hello FileNet Experts and  Champions,

What are the recommended and time tested storage options which can be used as FileNet Storage for an on-prem CP4BA Red Hat OpenShift implementation involving a high volume document ingestion and retrieval ( 1 million retrievals per month).

Your inputs and experiences on this topic are highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    this

    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6592835

page has all the answers. IBM goes quite into some detail about storage compared to competitors like OpenText (where SHOULD work appear much more often than tested/certified)

    Hope this helps,

    Gerold

That's not high volume. Use a PV connected to an NFS mount and don't worry about it.
If you want to use a VM, a single 2 vcpu and 16 gb RHEL VM will do. I had 100 x 4TB
storage areas connected to one and it was fine (no workflow, migrated from CS).
