On-prem Cognos Analytics to PA on Cloud

    Looking to get confirmation but it appears that an on-premise installation of Cognos Analytics can NOT access Planning Analytics on IBM cloud.  Is this a correct assessment?  I see that with CA v12.3 there is a connector for PA as a service (v12) but still not one for PAoC.  The only solution is to go CA on cloud?
