    Hi folks:

    This puzzling thing is happening, and I was hoping the community's collective experience might help explain it. This is happening in a more-complex-than-average networking environment with PAW 2.0.74 and CAM Security.

    Basically PAW is losing its connection to the PAW Server (or TM1 server?) without the user actually being logged out. 

    All the timeout settings (TM1 Server, PAW Server, TM1web etc.) are set to 120mins+. But, we have noticed if you have logged into a PAW session and have inactivity for say 20 minutes, and then try to click something (say a cubeview, a book, any kind of PAW asset), one of the following messages pops up in the top right:

    • Unable to load requested view, or
    • pa.home.FAILED_TO_GET_AP_INFO, or
    • The asset can no longer be retrieved. Either it no longer exists or you no longer have permission to access it.

    The error messages make it seem like you have timed out, but if you simply refresh the *browser* (not the refresh button in PAW), everything comes back and works normally as expected (you don't need to log in again or anything, just the browser refresh works). Which browser you use doesn't matter - we have seen it with both Chrome and Edge, and it is reproducible. 

    We are in the process of checking proxy server time outs, but apart from that - does anyone have any insights as to what might be causing this?
