Is anyone else having weird issues with the Developer 7.1 UI?

After having Developer up for an hour or so, if I switch to a new flow service, or try and open an adapter, parts of the interface just go blank. I can still navigate some parts of the interface, but anything that would normally appear in the ‘flow’ pane is just grayed out. Sometimes if I hit F5 to refresh the connection it will come back, but usually I have to shut down and restart developer to get it working again. A coworker of mine has similar issues.

Any ideas?
