    Hallo,

    wenn ich die Testversion starten möchte bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung: "Sie haben bereits eine Testversion von IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription auf diesem Computer verwendet...."

    Ich habe die Testversion vor ca. 3 Jahren auf einem anderen Rechner genutzt. Meinen aktuellen Laptop besitze ich erst seit kurzem.

    Diese Info würde ich auch so verstehen, dass einmal im Jahr die Nutzung der Testversion möglich ist: "Enjoy full SPSS Statistics capabilities including all add-ons. All trial registrants are restricted to one free trial per computer per year."

    Hello, it is correct that the trial can be used on the same machine again, after 365 days are past since last expiration date of Subscription trial on this machine.

    You have activated the trial with the e-mail address you use here on forum on below machine:

          "osName": "Windows 10",

          "machineID": "GUID:6259f954-8152-4144-a9a7-d3fbe1ddff62"},

    However, this same machine with unique machine ID was used by another user last year. The trial for this user expired on 20. August 2019.

    So one need to wait until 21. August before you use this same machine, sorry.
