I am trying to configure Nutanix in ILMT console but getting unknown error .

In Debug log, I see error message as below

In debug log file, I see below error. Please suggest if anyone has faced similar issue

Please suggest how should I proceed further.

Could you say more about LMT, VMMAN and Nutanix version, also which log did you review?

What URL have you used? Is it similar to the one stated in doc:

Nutanix Version is 5.16.1.3 and ILMT version is 9.2.18. I retrieved debug log using vmman.bat -retrievedebugdata command and in that I found the error which I have mentioned.

Is it managed by PRISM as it is stated here:

The VM Manager URL should be https://<NUTANIX_PRISM_IP_ADDRESS>:9440/PrismGateway/services/rest/v2.0 instead of http://my.nutanix.com

I am using the same url but getting errorhttps://<NUTANIX_PRISM_IP_ADDRESS>:9440/PrismGateway/services/rest/v2.0

Does Service ID requrie RestAPI permission on Nutanix Portal ?
