Not trying to purge (export command while archive also set)

    Hi,

    I'm getting the message "Not trying to purge (export command while archive also set)" and the collector's memory space is getting full. I stopped the archive as well, but the purge is still not running. However, when I try manually in CLI, it shows "purge data is running. Cannot run it again."

    Could anyone assist with this?
