Rick - can you advise me please. I am in desperate need of help.  All of a sudden it is not producing the data at the end. I am trying to do a repeated measures ANOVA and so I read your thread and i can see i have the same issue, in that i can see the letters OMS at the bottom of my screen too?

So I  assume all of a sudden my data is going elsewhere as per your thread.  I have tried to follow the instructions you gave others,  which seemed to fix their issue, but it is still saying OMS? 

Maybe i am not following your instruction correctly, so i am doing it wrong.  I am actually not 100% sure what you mean when you say 'run a syntax'?    ( i added the word OMSEND into the top line but then i wasn't sure how to 'run it' -  i simply pressed the control button on my laptop at the same time as pressing the' r' key - is that correct? Your help is greatly appreciated as only have a few days to do this or I will miss the deadline and fail. Best Sarah

Hi Sarah,

To fix this please do the following:

1. Start IBM SPSS Statistics
2. Open a new Syntax document (From the File menu, choose File -> New -> Syntax)
3. Paste the following into that syntax document:

OMSEND tag = [ALL].

      4. From the 'Run' menu on the menu bar, choose Run -> All

That should clear any OMS filtering from the status bar and enable you to see your output.
