not able to see collectors while adding assets

  • 1.  not able to see collectors while adding assets

    I am using wm 8.2 sp1. I have defined an environment and configured the infrastureDC collector settings to load IS and broker definitions. the collector also has the default name “infraDC”.
    Now I am trying to discover/add asset to monitor them. But after I clicked on add assets, the Data collection drop down does not show anything in the drop down. So I can not add the asset as I can not leave the collector as blank.

    I can see the following in the InfraDC log.
    –Started JMS listener for destination - queue/discovered_asset_change, selector - target = ‘infraDC’

    Am I missing some obvious step ?

    Seems like your InfraDC is not running.
    Try to access below url, if it is accessible, drop down should come.

    http://:/wsstack/services/InfraDCRemoteConfiguration?wsdl
