Hello
@Suraj Tiwari ,
I've got the same problem upgrading an AWS EC2 Machine.
If you are on a production environnement, you have to raise a support ticket and do it with an engineer.
If you are on a test system, you can check or reproduce it at your own risk :
- for myself the dmidecode test on AWS returned 0 for memory.
- Check all sizing prerequisite and that you have enough ram for the type of MH you want to install : free -h
- You have to create a file to ignore the ram check : touch /etc/ignore_ram_check
- Then relaunch the update (/media/updates/installer)
Hope this helps,
Regards,

Subject: Not able to install Update Package 1 to QRadar server version 7.5.0
Hi,
I have installed the QRadar server v7.5.0 and now I am trying to install the Update Package 1 to it. But, one of the pretest is failing: ramcheck.py is failing.
I did some browsing for the same and got this APAR: IJ33138: QRADAR UPGRADE PRETEST CAN FAIL ON THE RAMCHECK DUE TO KB VALUE BEING RETURNED. But seems like in the above APAR they had unit as KB, while in my case the unit is empty. I am attaching the screenshot of the failing pretest.
Can some please help me with this?
