Not able to connect to Sybase post Password Encryption

    We have recently enabled sybase password encryption and after that ITX not able to connect to Sybase using DBLOOKUP.
    We are using ITX version : 9.0.0.2(65)

    Sample DBLOOKUP used in map rule: 
    DBLOOKUP("<SQL Query>", "%DSQUERY% -T ../TRACE_File.dbl" )
    where value of variable %DSQUERY% in mrn file : -DBTYPE SYBASE -USER <user_name> -PASSWORD <password>

    Please suggest if we need to update something in config file?
