Send a request to support asking for any “quick start” installation guides for Optimize.
As discussed here on several occasions, the installation process for Optimize, Manager and now ServiceNet are overly complex. Installing and configuring these products are not tasks suitable for new webMethods users who have not attended training on these products or for junior personnel no matter what training they have attended.
You might consider asking Support to conduct a WebEx remote support session with you to walk through the installation process.
Unfortunately, this forum will not be able to help you overcome the daunting complexity of installing Optimize components.
