  • 1.  Not able to access jinja templates for Outbound Email

    Hello team, 
    We have recently installed the Outbound Email App on SOAR Apphost.
    We are trying to configure custom Jinja templates from the customizations tab in Apps but while selecting the template from dropdown it is giving error as "Label Not Found". Please note the label name are defined in mail_template_select in the playbook Activation form.


    Please find  attached the Screenshot  outbound mail app where we have created and  added the template name , and error screenshot.

    Everything here looks right to me. Only thing I notice is you put them in the /var/rescircuits folder. Have you tried saving them in the /data/templates folder? That is where I put all of mine.

    The other thing I would ask you to do, just for testing, make your label, "labelb", and try again as well. I think I ran into this before and want to test if that works.
