    Hi,

    we have created a jms connection alias and from time to time (we haven’t found any pattern as yet) we start getting the following error:
    [2806]2009-11-16 09:29:30 WET [ISS.0134.0007I] JMS Connection Alias “wow” started
    [2805]2009-11-16 09:29:30 WET [ISS.0134.0052I] Starting all triggers associated with JMS Connection Alias wow.
    [2804]2009-11-16 09:29:16 WET [ISS.0134.0054I] Stopping all triggers associated with JMS Connection Alias wow.
    [2803]2009-11-16 09:29:16 WET [ISS.0134.0016E] JMS Connection Error on connection “wow”: org.jboss.mq.SpyJMSException: No pong received; - nested throwable: (java.io.IOException: ping timeout.)

    This message will only disappear by bouncing the server.

    As anyone faced this before?

    Hi,

    after some investigation I’ve found out that the problem is related to network problems. I have installed an IS on my pc and configured the JNDI settings and the jms connection alias. As soon as I remove the network cable I see errors on the logs. Then, I set the cable again but the “no pong received” message doesn’t get away.
