I don't have an "OK" button under Data Files in Amos 26. When I tried to upload a data file, the program essentially freezes. What do I do??

Are you saying the "OK" button does not exist at all? Is it just grayed out, rather than completely missing? Is there a button object but no text at all? What do you really mean "I don't have an "OK" button under Data Files in Amos 26."?

Also, what type of data are you trying to read? (Amos doesn't open and hold files for editing. It simply reads them off of disk). Do you get this behavior with all data types?

Overall, this is a very strange behavior. It may be helpful to uninstall Amos completely and then reinstall as an Administrator user and using the right-click "Run as Administrator" option against the Amos Installer executable.

Hey, I have exactly the same problem. There is no OK button displayed for importing the variables. The window can't be dragged larger either. I installed / deinstalled Amos 26 two times and it still does not work. Very annoying. Did you find any solution?

Hi, unfortunately I have the same problem too. If I try to read data into Amos 27 (under "selct data files"), I can select a file, but the OK-and Cancel-buttons are completely missing in the window that appears, so I cannot perform this action. I've already reinstalled it several times, but unfortunately it hasn't changed. Do you have an idea how to solve that problem?

Hi, I have found a solution which works for my notebook. You have to drastically reduce the resolution of your laptop screen. Preferably to a square resolution and very small. Remember the resolution 10 years ago, your display should look like this. Then the OK button will be visible again. Hope that helps :)
