My basic question is... with all this installed, will I be able to get to a smooth data conversion mediation flow between these 2 services?

Run Time

a) Install WTXIS on WESB install.

Once the setup up is complete,  develop a map that does the conversion and point to the map in your mediation flow. The rest is deploying the mediation flow...

After installing : WTX_DESIGN_STUDIO_V8.4.0.3_WIN_ML.exe

I unzip : WTX_FOR_HTHCARE_V4.0.0.3_WIN_EN.zip

try to install:  hipaa4321_83.exe

I get an error that WTX Design Studio is not installed...

THe pack hipaa4321_83.exe is on WTX 8.3. you need to get HIPAA Pack 441 that is supported on 84. ..
