  • 1.  newly created schedules on CA 12.0.4 IF1 not running

    has anyone else seeing issues with newly created schedules?

    what we observe is that after upgrading to 12.0.4 IF1 newly created schedules do not run.
    You can see the schedule under 'My schedules and subscriptions' >Schedules but not in >'upcoming'. 

    What we did so far:
    1. run tenant consistency checks
    2. NC_drop
    3. Run the new feature 'Admin.scheduleSyncAllowed'

    All to no avail.

    There was a moment that after a routine service restart (clean work area/perform NC drop) the issue seems to be resolved. 
    But eventually after a day or two, the issue will re-occur. 

    Just wondering if anybody else experiencing the same.

    looks like you have done everything that I would have suggested. 

    You should log a new case with our Support group right away
