    The 2023 US Open has started! If you aren't planning to attend, you can still feel the excitement of the event through AI-driven digital experiences built on IBM. For over 30 years, IBM Consulting has collaborated with the USTA to evolve the US Open fan experience and accelerate innovation through technology like AI, hybrid cloud and security.  
     
    This year, we've added new watsonx AI-powered features to the US Open website and mobile app:  

    • AI Commentary captures and translates actions across all 17 courts into commentary 
    • AI Draw Analysis predicts the advantage or disadvantage of all singles players  
    • Back by popular demand, Match Insights uses AI to distill millions of data points into insights to predict the likelihood to win... which we accurately did for the men's championship at Wimbledon in July.
