I too have completed this certification and it sets a good foundation in data science.
Now that you know what data science is all about, you can build your own projects.
Start simple and then aim to improve it by learning new concepts and having a good undertanding o the model that you are developing.
Learning never ends in this field as the new technologies keep coming in.

Did you get a job after completion of IBM Data Science Professional? If not than wait for it before you start a new certificate in this direction. I did complete 5 courses for IBM Data Science Professional in Coursera and I did apply in to many places for entry level Data Science job even that I have almost 10 years of working experience in Business Analyses but I didn't receive any calls for interview for more than two months. So for me so far not worth it.

You can take a look at fast.ai, that has helpful resources and topics. Also, if you are planning on learning more about core fundamentals of machine learning, read documents for Tensorflow and/or PyTorch.

Hi @nischal nayak, congratulations! There is some great advice in this thread. There is also a (US-based) hackathon starting on Monday. By being a member of this community and registering on their site, you can have cloud credits to access our tools and start creating a project. Great portfolio builder if you are just starting out. Also, keep your eye out for internships and job opportunities at ibm.com/jobs. You can add search criteria "Data Science" and adjust skill level, location, etc., accordingly. Best of luck!
