    The AIX 5L certification guide is good place to start too, http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg246185.html , it has not been updated to AIX 6 or AIX 7, but you can cover that by reading the difference guides for each of those versions http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg247559.html and http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg247910.html
