    OK thanks, that resolved my problem.  We have not done much development with this version of the mapping software.  I don't recall this being a requirement with Mercator or Ascential DataStage but apparently it is with IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender.

    I do have another problem.  What is generally the problem when you have an input file with multiple records and only getting the first in your output?  I am using a functional map also.  I have a input file with multiple records made up of transaction sets ('T' and 'I' records) and a single output file.  I am able to get my map to work and get the expected output for only for the first transaction set?

    I know I have had this problem in the past but it's been so long I can't remember what was wrong.
