Hello, I am a new MaaS360 user and am struggling to get one of 5 new iPads setup. After the iPad was pulled in from Apple Business Manager, I see the device and have attached the policy to it, and when I go to "add device" to the user and complete set up the device is where it doesn't go any further. Currently even after about a dozen restores the iPad hangs up after loading Remote Management and accepting my user's user name & password saying it is processing the configuration. It stops at "Awaiting final configuration from (my company)" The paperwork says it should install the Maas360 application and/or app bundle I have created, but nothing is happening at all. This is a recently purchased new iPad 10.5, running the latest iOS (as it has been restored repeatedly over the last week or two). All the instructions don't discuss an iPad that is company-owned and managed, as I am not passing these out until I get it to actually work. Has anyone come across this issue and can help me with what I might be missing?
