New AD Users not coming into MaaS360 via Cloud Extender.

    Last week we noticed that new AD Users that we are creating are not being pulled into MaaS360 via the Cloud Extender. This is very important since our users rely heavily on their email. I checked the Cloud Extender and everything is running and user visibility is on and the test is finding all of our users. I just don't know why the new users are not being pulled in. I've tried restarting the services, the actual server, running through the configuration tool etc and nothing seems to fix it. 

    Has anyone had this issue before and how did you fix it?

    Sounds like you've done due diligence on the general troubleshooting steps.  I need to gather some sensitive information in order to assist here - would you mind sending me an email with your account number?
