You can create an Authorized Service Token from the QRadar Admin tab. If you create a unique user, the only API points you will be able to hit will match the permissions you provided to your user. For example, if you do not give the user permissions to view offenses, the authorized service token associated to that user cannot query offense endpoints and get data. If you want to be able to poll for all data, you can create a new token, give it a name, and assign provide an Admin role to that token.

    Hi,

    Thanks for you guidance.

In this mentioned documentation, it is suggested,

"Note: QRadar on Cloud administrators cannot create an authorized service token for IBM QRadar apps due to limited administrator capabilities. If you're a QRadar on Cloud customer, contact Customer Support to create an authorized service token for you."

So for this which support i should contact ? beacuse i am not seeing this option " Add Authorized Service." in the user management section.

    Kindly guide.

    Thanks
