yes we can reset your license but you need to open a ticket as the exchange of authorization codes is confidential and cannot be done on this forum, see below for options:

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc... need to be handled through either a normal Support ticket via link above or via the SPSS Licensing support page.
If you have a normal Support contract open a ticket on:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.
For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
