    Hi Everyone,

    We have lot of disabled schedules in Cognos Production Environment.

    We are planning to Remove the Disabled schedules from Cognos Administration Console.

    "We would like to know that if we remove the schedules from Administration Console, Will schedules be automatically cleaned up from Content Manger/Notification Store DB or We need to run NC Drop/NC Cleanup script on Notification Store DB to clean up the schedules cache after removing the schedules from Administration Console".

    Please provide us your suggestions/direction on this.

    Hello all..  

    I, also need to know if there is a way to delete all of the disabled schedules in the Admin Console.  Having Cognos for a century, these items build up, especially as users come and go.  Can these be deleted after they are disabled?  If anyone knows how, please let me know..  Thank you, Melonie

    Hello,

    If you just disable schedule, this object still resides on content store tables and appear at Admin Console.

    But using option Remove Schedule, the schedule will be deleted of content store and NC tables, also.
