    I have opened a "support" issue for OpenLiberty ( [35267](https://github.com/OpenLiberty/open-liberty/issues/35267) ) which deals with a class loading problem when accessing a liberty SPI (namely the FrameworkState SPI in my PoC implementation).  Posting the link to the issue here as well in case anyone from the community has done that before (but is not watching the Liberty issues).
