    I downloaded the zip file for AIX and looked at it. It looks like it is just a java program and you should be able to run it like any other java program via the command line. There doesn't seem to be any installation packages or scripts provided, so you won't be able to install it via smitty or installp. I looked around for a packaged version and I did not find one.
