Unfortunately I can't find this folder anymore in my WTX 8.1 and 8.3 installations. Please check in the installation procedure if you can select to install a tutorial, look out for such a checkbox. If you can't find it, please tell IBM that dropping the tutorial was a baaaaaaad idea. Really. Every WTX developer I know learned the tool with the help of this tutorial.
