    Hi guys … My first post here, so please be gentle :slight_smile: … We are working with Software AG webMethods and the Integration Server, and sometimes while running the software, we randomly get the following error in the Integration Server log:

    “Database Storage problem. Exception: [sag-cjdbc42-0011][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Transaction (Process ID XXXXX) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.”

    Replace XXXXX with any 2-3 digit number …

    The problem occurs at random points, and despite trying very hard to do so, we’ve been unable to find out which transaction or process is causing this error …

    The only way to get out of this problem is to either restart the server, or wait 10-15 minutes for the deadlock to end, so that DB transactions start getting saved again …

    Any ideas on what might be causing this, or how can we somehow increase the logging level to see what exactly is causing this exception ?
