    Choosing the right category is crucial to increasing your chances of getting accepted.

    I understand that some of you are unsure about which category to choose for your proposal for Call for Speakers. As someone who has submitted proposals before, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to decide which category is best for your proposal. That’s why I am offering to help. Please ask in this discussion thread where I will help guide you with the help of all IBM TechXchange Community managers.

    Remember that choosing the right category will help your proposal get accepted. It will show that you understand the event’s theme and audience, and can help your proposal stand out from others.

    Hi, in regards of chosing category.

    I would like to present the last 1-2 years of running Ansible Tower - PowerVCs - POwer/HMC - FS7200 and also the new drivers for fully integrated HPE 3par/primera storage.  I have done lots of work with ibm lab services and we have lots of finding / experiences could be (maybe/hopefully) of interset for more compaines then IKEA.

    Which categoiry would be "best"?

    thank you for reaching out. I would choose the Power category for now. In the product section do add Ansible Tower. Also don't forget to mention that you are an IBM Champions in the Abstract.  Hope this helps.

    Hello Marius,

    I would appreciate your assistance in choosing the right category for the IBM TechXchange please.
    I am cxreating a session that has been an interest and conundrum of mine (and others) for some time.  It deals with the evolution of Stored Procedures (SPs) in Db2 for z/OS.
    SPs started (1st evolutionary phase) in V4 as "external" SPs.  They had a simple approach along with a simple "address space" in which they ran.  Over time they became SQL Procedure Language types and then "native" SPs.  I plan on showing examples of these, listing pros and cons and indicating what would be a better performance choice, using SPs or not (to Store Procedure or not to Store Procedure - that is the question).  
    So this will be technical, deals with the IBM product of Db2 and will have examples with hints for which would be more suitable for customers' data needs.
    OK - that sums it up for now - your category suggestion will be appreciated.  BTW - I am submitting this for IDUG EMEA 2023 also.  Thanks - Tom
