Does webMethods support connectivity to Trading partners using NDM ( Connect: Direct)? Is there any other FTP software called PSI? Please help.
Are you using sterlings connect:direct?? I believe if it is regular FTP or SFTP sure TN can con’nect to any ftp transport or VAN.

Thanks for the information RMG. We are using Sterling Commerce-Connect : direct.
I’d be interested in knowing if it’s possible to talk to Connect: Direct users as well.
We are just implementing a Wm system and have several Sterling Commerce Connect: Direct users we need to migrate onto this new system.
I set this up in Trading Networks as a queue. Try searching the forums for FTP queues and you’ll find this.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what does Connect Direct have to do with FTP?
I was under the impression that it was a proprietary protocol used Nodes for connections, it doesn’t even have usernames or passwords.
