    I have been trying to convert some existing flow services into web service descriptors. No matter which flow I convert the same error comes up.

    Environment:
    System: Have tried on both Windows and Unix servers
    Version: 7.1.2.0
    Updates: IS_7_1_2_Core_Fix10
    IS_7_1_2_SrvPrtcl_Fix7
    IS_7_1_2_WebSvcsXML_Fix8

    Context:
    For a candidate wsdl:definitions element within a WSDL document.

    Assertion Description:
    The wsdl:definitions namespace has value: [URL]http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/[/URL].

    Failure Message:
    The wsdl:definitions namespace is not: [URL]http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/[/URL].

    Failure Detail Description:

    Comments:
    2nd step in a 3-phase verification process: XML+namespace+schemavalid.
